A small restaurant opened by two young Neapolitan brothers with their ancle’s help who is the “Executive chef” of kitchen, in fact she cooks only typical Neapolitan food and pizzas. When they receive deliveries of Buffalo mozzarella DOC from a southern cheese factory, the chef prepares some cool plates including this main ingredient!

The best plates which you have to taste are:

  • Neapolitan “melanzane parmigiana”: fried aubergines baked with tomato sauce, parmesan and mozzarella cheese
  • Pasta
  • Pizza with buffalo mozzarella
